Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the nature of our services, which involve extensive custom strategy, system architecture, development time, and dedicated resources from the moment a project begins, all payments made to Intervirtual are strictly non-refundable.

Commitment to Delivery

We are fully committed to delivering the systems and outcomes outlined in our agreements. Our team dedicates significant time and expertise to each project, and payments compensate for this reserved capacity and labor.

Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel or pause a project after work has commenced, any payments made up to that point will not be refunded. Any outstanding balances for work already completed must still be paid.
